When making a reservation, the guest must enter the details of a valid credit card to pay the guarantee.

The credit card entered must be in the name of the person making the reservation.

For payments via deposit or Pix, the guest must send the receipt to confirm the reservation.

If payment is not made up to 7 days before the arrival date, the reservation may be cancelled without prior notice.

Cancellation:
Reservations made using this method do not allow free cancellation. In the event of cancellation, change or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, with no right to refund.

Exception - Right of Withdrawal: According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the guest may cancel the reservation free of charge within 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of confirmation of the reservation, provided that the booking was made outside the commercial establishment (for example, via the internet or telephone). After this period, the conditions mentioned above apply.

Prepayment:
Prepayment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested at the time of confirmation.

On other dates:

Cancelamento Gratuito: O hóspede pode cancelar a reserva gratuitamente até 72 horas antes da data de chegada.

Para cancelamentos de grupos (acima de 05 apartamentos): Será cobrado 80% do valor total da reserva.
