Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
GUARANTEE
Guarantee of 50% of the accommodation paid at the time of booking.
The reserved apartment will be guaranteed until 12:00 pm the day after the check-in date.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the guarantee will be charged.
In case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
BALANCE AND PAYMENT METHODS
The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
We accept payment in up to 6 installments by credit card.
Cancellation Policies
Up to 7 calendar days after the date of payment of the advance, full refund of the guaranteed amount, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. After this period, a fine of 100% of the amount paid will be charged for any cancellations. Date changes may be made up to 72 hours before check-in. Otherwise, 20% of the reservation amount will be charged. Issuance of a letter of credit valid for up to 6 months from the date of the request, subject to hotel availability and rate changes.
