Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming your reservation, you must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation within 48 hours to secure your bungalow.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
The amount paid is refundable if cancellation is requested within 7 days of booking payment.
After the cancellation period and up to 31 days before check-in, the amount paid will become a credit, which must be used within 12 months from the cancellation date.
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and rate differences.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to check-in, the amount paid will be retained without the possibility of rescheduling. The same applies in case of "no-show". In this case, the suite will be released for resale 24 hours after the check-in date.
In case of late payment, the reservation may be cancelled and the amounts paid will be subject to full retention.
In case of cancellation of a reservation paid by credit card, within the refund period, the card administrator's fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Cancellation of stay upon arrival or after check-in at the inn, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund.
