Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming your reservation, you must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation within 48 hours to secure your bungalow.

If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

The amount paid will be fully refunded if cancellation is requested within 7 (seven) days of confirmation of payment for the reservation, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

After the cooling-off period and up to 20 (twenty) days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be converted into credit for use in a new reservation, valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of cancellation.

Rescheduling will be subject to date availability and any applicable tariff difference in the new chosen period.

For cancellations made 19 (nineteen) days or more before the check-in date, the amount paid will be retained in full, without the possibility of rescheduling or credit. The same rule applies in case of no-show. In this situation, the accommodation will be released for resale 24 (twenty-four) hours after the scheduled check-in date.

In case of late payment, the reservation may be automatically cancelled, with the amounts already paid subject to full retention.

In cases of cancellation of reservations paid by credit card, within the refund period, the fees charged by the card administrator will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Withdrawal from the accommodation after arrival at the inn, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to a refund, credit or any form of reimbursement of the amounts paid.

During the high season, the deadlines for cancellation and rescheduling are:

Cancellation with conversion of the amount into credit: up to 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date;

From 29 (twenty-nine) days before check-in: full retention of the amount paid, without the possibility of rescheduling or credit.
