In the event of partial cancellation of the contracted days and the guests are already staying at the guesthouse, no difference in the amounts previously agreed or paid will be refunded, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. If there is an outstanding balance of the contracted reservation, the guest must pay it at check-out.
Reservations will be automatically canceled if the guest does not confirm the requested deposit by the previously agreed deadline.
The guesthouse may cancel the reservation at any time due to problems of any nature and/or state or municipal decrees that make it unable to serve the guest. In this case, the guesthouse must notify the guest of the cancellation and reschedule the reservation within a period of up to 12 months or fully refund the amount paid in advance (if applicable) within a period of up to 12 months after the end of the state of public calamity decreed, in accordance with MP 948, and will not be responsible for any other amount that the guest may request.
If the reservation cancellation request is made more than 15 days before the scheduled check-in date, the hotel will refund the entire amount paid, minus administrative fees, such as those charged with credit cards, within 12 months from the end of the declared state of public calamity, or the guest will have the option of having a credit for the amount paid for use on another date, valid for 12 months, in accordance with MP 948. During periods such as high season, the request must be made more than 30 days in advance.
In the event of a request for a refund of amounts that are within the cancellation period and at the refund percentage determined above, in the installment mode of the aforementioned deposit, the refund will be made 48 hours after the last agreed installment has been cleared, to offset the reservation confirmation deposit. (This rule is valid for reservations made after the end of the declared state of public calamity).
If the cancellation request is made less than 15 days before check-in throughout the year or 30 days during the high season, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a credit for accommodation.

Therapy Policies
Therapies may be canceled up to two hours before the scheduled time, otherwise 55% of the therapy cost will be charged.
Cancellations of the ofurô bath must be communicated to the Spa reception at least two hours before the scheduled time, otherwise the full amount of the chosen bath will be charged.
