CANCELLATION POLICY and refunds of deposits made for reservations: • A) CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF MAKING THE RESERVATION, PROVIDED THAT IT IS MADE OUTSIDE THE INN: - The amount paid for the reservation will be fully refunded, as provided for in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. • B) CANCELLATIONS MADE BEFORE 30 DAYS OF THE CHECK-IN DATE: - The reserved unit will be put up for sale again. If it is sold, the amount paid will be refunded, with a 20% retention of the total amount to cover costs. If the unit is not sold, the amount paid will not be refunded. • C) CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: - The amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded. • D) EARLY CHECK OUT (guest decides to leave before the scheduled time): - Unused daily rates will be entered into the system and charged to the guest at the time of departure (regulatory resolution 429 of April 23, 2002). If the unit is sold during this period, the amount already paid will be credited for a new reservation, valid for 90 days.
