Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment of the total amount of the accommodation in advance by bank deposit/TED/PIX or by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards in a single installment.

In case of payment by bank deposit/TED/DOC/PIX, the reservations department will send the bank details to the email registered at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

The Non-Refundable Rate (NR) is a promotional option that offers an exclusive discount and differentiated financial conditions compared to the standard refundable rate. In exchange for this express advantage, the guest agrees to the cancellation and modification restrictions described below.

Full Payment and Retention: The total amount (100%) of the accommodation is invoiced upon confirmation of the reservation. In case of cancellation, change request, early withdrawal, or reduction of the reserved period, the cancellation fee will be 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation amount, with no refunds or credits for future stays.

No-show: In case of no-show by the guest on the scheduled check-in date, the total amount of 100% of the reservation will be retained, and the accommodation will be released for resale after the stipulated time for the end of the first day.

Date Unchangeability: Date changes, changes of ownership, or modifications to room category are not permitted under this rate.

Legal Right of Withdrawal: Exclusively for reservations made through remote channels (internet, booking engine, or telephone), the consumer reserves the right to withdraw within a non-extendable period of up to 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of purchase confirmation, in accordance with Article 49 of Federal Law No. 8.078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code). After this period has elapsed, or if check-in occurs before the end of this period, a full 100% retention will apply.
