Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment of the total amount of the accommodation in advance by bank deposit/TED/PIX or by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards in a single installment.

In case of payment by bank deposit/TED/DOC/PIX, the reservations department will send the bank details to the email registered at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

The customer is aware of and in agreement with this policy from the moment they make their reservation by pre-paying the contracted daily rates. In the case of reservations brokered by a travel agency or tour operator, this company is responsible for informing its customers of this policy.

Law No. 16559 of 01/15/2019:

Art. 112 - Cancellation of reservations in hotels, motels, inns and similar establishments, located in the State District of Fernando de Noronha, will comply with the provisions of this article:
• The charging of a fine for cancellation of reservations is prohibited, provided that notice is given at least 60 (sixty) days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. Refunds/reimbursement will be made within 12 months after the end of the state of public calamity, as provided for in Law 14,046.00.
• In cases of cancellations made less than 60 (sixty) days and more than 30 (thirty) days before the scheduled check-in date, the fine charged may not exceed the limit of 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation value.
• In cases of cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or less before the scheduled check-in date, the fine charged may not exceed the limit of 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total reservation value.
• In the event of a consumer failing to show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
• For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the cancellation period without charge is 7 days after confirmation, in accordance with the CDC (Consumer Protection Code) policy. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied. • For reservations that include national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, the supplier may freely establish the cancellation deadlines and the amounts charged as fines, as long as they do not exceed the total amount of the reservation.
