1. Up to 7 (seven) days after purchase, the guest may cancel, and the amount paid will be refunded, provided that the reservation period has not yet started.
1.2 - From the 8th day after purchase, there will be no refund of the amount paid for cancellation. We will only issue a letter of credit in the amount (R$) for future accommodation, which will be valid for one year. After this date, the credit will be automatically canceled.
