The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation, to the credit card provided.

On other dates:

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations with this policy cannot be canceled or changed. If you have any questions, please contact the reservations or sales department of the property.

On other dates:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before check-in.
- In case of no-show, 1 night's fee will be charged in low season and 50% of the daily rate in high season;
- Cancellations after the deadline: 1 night's fee will be charged in low season and 50% of the daily rate in high season;
