CANCELLATION POLICY - (EMBRATUR REGULATION Nº 161/95): Cancellation requests must be sent to the reservations department via email or WhatsApp. According to Embratur Normative Resolution No. 161/95, the amount paid will be refunded as follows: - Up to 30 days before check-in, full refund, minus 10% administrative fee. - Between 15 and 7 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus 10% administrative fee. - 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund of the amount paid. No show, the apartment will be made available for rent 24 hours after check-in time. Cancellation of accommodation already booked (check-in) or early departure, for any reason, will not entitle you to a refund or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid. Pousada Adega Cipó does not reschedule daily rates due to climate change or the closure of attractions such as waterfalls and the Serra do Cipó National Park.
