Deposit / Guarantee Policies
For payments in installments, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and the rate becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. For reservations in installments, the cancellation policy does not allow changes, modifications or refunds. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
The credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the cardholder and must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY - (EMBRATUR REGULATION Nº 161/95):
Cancellation requests must be sent to the reservations department via email or WhatsApp.
According to Embratur Normative Resolution No. 161/95, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
- Up to 30 days before check-in, full refund, minus 10% administrative fee.
- Between 15 and 7 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus 10% administrative fee.
- 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund of the amount paid. No show, the apartment will be made available for rent 24 hours after check-in time.
Cancellation of accommodation already booked (check-in) or early departure, for any reason, will not entitle you to a refund or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.
Pousada Adega Cipó does not reschedule daily rates due to climate change or the closure of attractions such as waterfalls and the Serra do Cipó National Park.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES
- All guests must present their ID or driver's license.
- According to the Normative Instruction of the Ministry of Tourism (EMBRATUR), it is mandatory to present a valid original document with photo and to fully fill out the FNRH (National Guest Registration Form) at check-in.
CHECK-IN: from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Friday and Saturday). Avoid crowds. After this period, an additional amount will be charged.
CHECK-OUT: until 2:00 p.m. (punctually!). Guests who stay after check-out time will be charged for overtime.
Early check-in or staying at the guesthouse after check-out time must be requested in advance to check availability.
Staying at Pousada Adega Cipó is subject to availability.
CHECK-IN POLICY FOR CHILDREN AND UNDER-18S:
- Guests under 18 years of age may only stay upon presentation of documentation or express authorization from parents or guardians, in accordance with Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute).
- If there is a child or adolescent, it will be necessary to present a valid original document for the child and another document proving the authority of the responsible adult (birth certificate, ID or travel authorization form).
- Children must wear disposable diapers or disposable mattress protectors, brought by their parents, to prevent damage to the mattresses and bed linens and towels in the apartments.
PROHIBITIONS
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Smoke inside the Inn's internal facilities.
- Use coolers or coolers in the pool.
- Use sound equipment in common areas or in the parking lot. Please respect other guests by keeping quiet, especially between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- Hang clothes/towels on the balconies/windows of the apartments, throw objects out of the window or in common areas.
- Throw trash on the floor. Keep the area clean.
- Use electric irons, stoves, portable stoves, air fryers or other similar equipment in the Inn. Otherwise, the object will be confiscated and returned upon check-out.
- Enter restricted areas or areas without knocking (laundry room, kitchen, etc.).
- Using bed linen/towels for inappropriate purposes (cleaning shoes, applying makeup, etc.). A corresponding fine will be charged.
- Carrying or using materials that may pose a safety risk.
- We do not allow pets. Although we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them properly.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund of the amounts paid.
