The total amount of the accommodation must be paid in advance by credit card, PIX or bank deposit at the time of booking. The credit card used for the booking must be in the guest's name and presented at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Payment in up to 5 interest-free installments on credit cards, with minimum installments of R$100.00 and a minimum total amount of R$500.00.

After 7 days of purchasing the reservation, in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded or reimbursed.

To guarantee your reservation, you must make an advance payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out must be made by 12:00 p.m.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Children's Policy
Children up to 6 years old will be accommodated free of charge, provided they share a bed with their parents.
Children from 7 years old will be considered as paying guests, and an additional fee will be charged per night.
Accommodation Policy

We ask that guests keep quiet in public areas after 10:00 p.m. in order to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests.
