Reservation confirmation will only occur after full payment for the requested daily rates has been received by the guesthouse
• Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or changes may be requested free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.
• In the event of cancellation made less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund.
• Date changes (rebookings) or changes of ownership may be made up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• If there is a difference in the daily rates, the difference must be paid at the time of the change request, in accordance with the current payment policy.
• If the guest decides to change the reservation without immediately setting a new date, the amount paid will be converted into credit for future use, valid for 1 year from the date of the first reservation. This credit, when used in a new reservation, will be non-refundable and non-changeable.
• The credit cannot be used for New Year's Eve Package reservations.
