Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment and Reservation Confirmation:
Advance Payment: To confirm the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, via PIX or Credit Card Link. The deadline for sending proof of payment is up to 48 hours after the request. Failure to send proof of payment will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Installments: Payment for daily rates can be made in up to 3 interest-free installments. Larger installments can be consulted directly with the hotel. We do not accept installments for food and other extras. We do not accept checks.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: No fine will be charged. The amount already paid will be fully refunded.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days in advance: A fine of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation after this deadline or no-show: The full reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellations made on the day of the reservation: The full reservation amount will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal:
According to the Consumer Protection Code, cancellations made up to 7 days after confirmation of the reservation, provided they are made 72 hours in advance of the check-in date, will be fully refunded, without any fine.
Within the right of withdrawal, if the cancellation is made within 72 hours prior to check-in, a fine of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellations made on the day of the stay will be considered a no-show, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
