Pousada Beijo do Vento has a cancellation policy for normal periods based on specific deadlines to ensure the best management of reservations. For cancellations made up to 60 (sixty) days before the check-in date, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If the cancellation occurs between 15 (fifteen) and 60 (sixty) days before the check-in date, a fine equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days in advance or in cases of no-show, a fine corresponding to 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The cancellation period will be counted from the date the guest sends the formal request by email ([email protected]), with confirmation of receipt by our team. Pousada Beijo do Vento reserves the right to make adjustments to the cancellation policy in accordance with the specific terms of each rate or type of product, which will be informed in advance during the booking process.

During national holidays, commemorative dates, special events or periods of high demand, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, among others, Pousada Beijo do Vento adopts a different cancellation policy. For these dates, all reservations are non-refundable, that is, it will not be possible to fully or partially refund the amount paid in case of cancellation, change of dates or no-show. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Pousada Beijo do Vento reinforces that, due to the high demand during these periods, it will not be possible to change the cancellation or refund conditions, and these conditions are applicable regardless of the date of the cancellation request.
General Provisions
- Should the guest wish to change the date of their reservation, such request will be analyzed according to the availability of our services and will be subject to the application of the cancellation policy in force for the new period requested.
