Cancellation Policies

Cancellation or change requests must be sent in writing, directly to the reservations department by email at [email protected]

1. Up to 61 days before check-in, cancellation fee of 20% of the total reservation amount. Balance will be converted to credit;

2. From 31 to 60 days before check-in, cancellation fee of 40% of the total reservation amount. Balance will be converted to credit;

3. 30 days before check-in, cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount.

* Credits will be valid for 6 months, are personal and non-transferable. Not available for use during the New Year's Eve period. Specific conditions will be informed in the voucher to be sent.
