Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to secure the apartment.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 1 day before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
