Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation Policies

* All cancellations or credits must be requested via email, otherwise requests to this effect will not be accepted;

* In the event of cancellation of the reservation 15 (fifteen) days in advance, 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount paid will be refunded;

* In the event of cancellation of the reservation 14 (fourteen) to 4 (four) days in advance, 50% (fifty percent) of the amount paid will be refunded;

* If cancellation of the reservation is requested 3 (three) days or less in advance, there will be no refund of the amount paid;

* Failure to appear at the Inn without prior notice or without contact by 10:00 pm on the day of check-in will be considered a “NO SHOW” and will result in cancellation of the reservation;

* The paid reservation may be rescheduled for another period, respecting the above deadlines and used within a maximum period of 6 (six) months, counting from the date of cancellation of the original reservation, subject to availability of vacancies;

* During the period and under the conditions stipulated above, the client may only reschedule the original reservation twice;

* In the case of credit for use in a new reservation, there will be no interest or correction on the amount already paid;

* The credit always refers to the AMOUNT and not to the number of daily rates or apartment classification, as the daily rates may be subject to adjustment depending on the period;

* The deadline for the refund of the pre-reservation payment by the Inn, after cancellation, is 5 (five) business days;

* In order to proceed with the refund of deposits, whether made by card or bank deposit, the card and DOC or TED fees will be discounted, according to the card and bank in question. In the case of a deposit being refunded by credit card, the procedure regarding fees will be the same as above, however, the deposit will only be refunded after the last installment on the card has been paid.
