a) In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the package, nor will it be possible to obtain a credit for accommodation. b) Requests for early cancellation: b.1) Up to 15 days before check-in at the hotel, 100% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded to guarantee the stay, or the amount paid may be used on another date within a maximum period of up to 12 months, as a credit for accommodation; b.2) Up to 10 days before check-in at the hotel, 70% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded to guarantee the stay, or the amount paid may be used on another date within a maximum period of up to 12 months, as a credit for accommodation; b.3) Less than 10 days before check-in, there is no refund of the amount paid in advance, but the guest is entitled to a credit for the stay, that is, the amount paid can be used on another date within a maximum period of up to 12 months; b.4) Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show** (no-show on the day of arrival), there is no refund and no credit is entitled. **A no-show is a withdrawal without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date specified in their reservation. b.5) In the case of refunds, Atalaia Vip Praia Hotel reserves the right to complete the refund of the amount within 7 business days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
