PAYMENT OF THE GUARANTEE MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Payment invoiced for operators with approved registration at the hotel.
Confidential net rate with no-show guarantee.
Operators without approved registration must prepay for reservations.
Payment in up to 4 interest-free installments is for amounts above R$1,000.00 and must be requested in the observation field and only for full payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policies
The total amount of the accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.
Please note that if you cancel, change or do not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The Non-Refundable Policy does NOT allow changes or cancellations.
