PAYMENT OF THE GUARANTEE MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
On other dates:
Payment invoiced for operators with approved registration at the hotel.
Confidential net rate with no-show guarantee.
Operators without approved registration must prepay for reservations.
Payment in up to 4 interest-free installments is for amounts above R$1,000.00 and must be requested in the observation field and only for full payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations/Reservation Changes:
Cancellation and Penalty Policy: In case of cancellation, please read the instructions below:
• The deadline for canceling a reservation is up to 3 business days before the arrival date. If the reservation has already been guaranteed with advance payment, this advance payment will be refunded, minus 20% of the amount corresponding to administrative fees, or you can leave the amount paid as credit, which must be formalized by email after requesting the cancellation of the original reservation. The credit is valid for 6 (six) months. To use the credit, you must contact the Hotel directly and check availability to make the new reservation. Please note that the rate is subject to change according to the dates and number of people.
• For reservations not canceled, or canceled after this deadline, the first night will be charged as a no show (no show).
• If the advance payment is not made within the stipulated deadline, the reservation is automatically canceled.
• Cancellation of stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, return or credit for new nights.
"NO SHOW": The first night will be charged; in the case of holidays, the total amount of the stay.
