Pousada Divino Canto's Cancellation Policy allows refundable cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, after this period 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.

At check-in, you will be asked to present the documents of the person responsible for the reservation and all companions. Children without their parents must have a notarized authorization.

02- If the guest remains in the accommodation after check-out time, the half-day rate will be charged, which will continue until 6:00 p.m., provided that there is availability. After this time, another day will begin, subject to the same availability criteria;

05- Pousada Divino Canto complies with Laws No. 8,069 and 12,038, which govern the status of children and adolescents: Minors under 18 years of age may only stay at the guesthouse if they are accompanied by their parents and have the appropriate documents in hand (ID, CPF or Birth Certificate). If accompanied by third parties, they must have their parents' authorization, duly notarized.

06- The apartments will be distributed according to availability at check-in.

07- For delivery orders from restaurants in the city, the guesthouse does not provide plates, cutlery or glass cups. The restaurant's microwave oven is available to guests 24 hours a day. • DRINKS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER AND CONSUME IN THE INN IN THE ROOM OR ON THE BALCONY, GLASS AND PET BOTTLES OF 2 LITERS ARE PROHIBITED (THE USE OF COOLERS AND THERMAL BAGS IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL, SUBJECT TO A FEE OF R$ 100.00 PER ROOM).
