Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment of 50% of the total daily rate must be made by bank deposit/pix within 24 hours of the reservation request. Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp or email so that the reservation can be confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in in cash or in up to 2 installments on a credit card, with a minimum installment of R$300.00. Other amounts related to consumption will be paid at checkout.

Cancellation Policies
The reservation will be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 20 days before check-in; outside this period, 35% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
