Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Prepayment Policy
Prepayment: To confirm the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, via PIX or credit card. The deadline for submitting proof of payment is at the time of booking, after the request. Failure to submit proof of payment will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Installments: Daily rates can be paid in up to 3 interest-free installments by credit card, starting at R$800. We do not accept installments for meals or other extras. We do not accept checks. We do not accept third-party credit cards.
Non-Refundable Rate: For reservations with non-refundable rates, after 7 days from the reservation confirmation (considering the right of withdrawal), the full amount of the reservation will be charged, with no refund possible.
Cancellation upon Arrival or After Check-in: Cancellations upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departures, will result in a full charge of the reservation amount.
No-Show: A no-show refers to a situation in which a guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the reserved date without prior cancellation. In this case, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
