Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For payment of reservations:
- The full amount of the reservation will be immediately debited from the credit card provided after making the reservation on the website. The reservation is only guaranteed once the debit has been confirmed on the card.
- If the card is not authorized, the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation Policies
- For cancellations up to 90 days before the check-in date, we will refund the deposited amounts and charge a fine of 10% of the total reservation amount.
- For cancellations between 30 and 90 days before the check-in date, the deposited amounts will be kept as credit for later use, valid for 1 year after the scheduled date of stay, and subject to availability.
- For cancellations between 1 and 30 days before the check-in date, the deposited amounts will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, a fine of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
