Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made to guarantee the apartment will be blocked during low season.

During high season, the amount charged as a guarantee will be 100% at the time of reservation.

If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance are free of charge.
Cancellations requested less than 30 days will be charged a cost of 100% of the total reservation.

No show (no-show) will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

The 50% non-refundable cancellation policy is valid from 04/01/2025 to 11/30/2025.

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show fee is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total amount of the accommodation.
NO SHOW Policy
• No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved date
• The apartment will be available until 11 am the following day
• After this period, the reservation will be considered canceled and the fine will be 100% of the total amount of the reservation

The 100% non-refundable cancellation policy is valid from 12/01/2024 to 03/31/2025.
Non-refundable policy - The policy for promotions, packages, New Year's Eve and Carnival are non-refundable.
Non-refundable policy: requests for changes and/or cancellations have a cost of 100% of the reservation.
