Cancellation Policies

Reservations with a No Show Guarantee may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the Guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be converted into credit for future stays.

Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be cancelled automatically at 2:00 pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival.

No-show: The first night's stay of guaranteed reservations will be charged in case of no-show;

Early Departure: In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged.

Payment: We do not accept payments by check; The credit card provided on the website is used to guarantee the reservation - payment will be processed at the time of booking in the case of reservations with a non-refundable rate; for other rates, the credit card will serve as a guarantee and may be processed after the cancellation deadline, respecting the conditions selected; Consult the payment policy for your rate when booking, as some rates/packages may have different payment policies.

Cleaning fee: We are committed to providing our guests with reservations in non-smoking apartments with an odor-free environment. An amount equivalent to one daily rate will be charged if the smell of cigarette smoke is detected during room cleaning. This amount will be used to carry out an intense cleaning after departure, which will result in the apartment being blocked for at least one day. We appreciate your understanding!

Pet Friendly: We do not accept pets.

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.;

Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.;

Minors policy: 1 (one) child up to 8 years of age is free of charge per apartment, additional children will be charged an additional fee;

Accommodation may be in an extra bed or an additional bed. In accordance with Federal Law No. 8,069, of July 13, 1990, we do not allow accommodation for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian.

If the minor is accompanied only by their guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the minor's accommodation, written and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, at the time of check-in, an official identification document with a photo, proving their identity and filiation, even if accompanied by their parents.

According to Article 2 of Law No. 5,553/68, the hotel may extract a photocopy of the data from the minors' documents, then return the document to the exhibitor. The accommodation of a foreign minor must comply with the same guidelines above and follow the laws in force.

Reservations processed through this system include up to 9 apartments per average period. Above 9 or from 10 apartments, it is considered a Group policy, with negotiation and application of separate Terms and Conditions.
