Payment Methods and Reservation Guarantee
General Conditions
To guarantee the reservation, payment of 100% of the total amount is mandatory at the time of booking, regardless of the chosen payment method.

Installment payment possible in up to 5 installments, respecting a minimum value of R$ 300.00 per installment.
Payment via Pix or Bank Transfer
When choosing Pix or bank transfer, the guest must send proof of payment by email within 20 minutes of completing the reservation.
If proof of payment is not received within the established deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy – Flexible Cancellation
Cancellation within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date: cancellation without penalty, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
Cancellation after 7 days from the purchase date and up to 15 days before the check-in date: a 12% penalty will be applied to the total reservation value.
Cancellation between 14 and 9 days before the check-in date: the deposit paid will not be refunded; however, rescheduling of the check-in date will be permitted, subject to availability and current tariff conditions.
Cancellation less than 9 days before the check-in date: the deposit paid will not be refunded and rescheduling will not be permitted.
Discounted Reservations (Deposit – 5% OFF)
Reservations made with a 5% discount via deposit do not allow cancellation or changes.
In case of cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value will be applied, with no right to a refund.
