Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We request a 50% advance deposit to confirm the reservation and the remainder is due at check-in, except for reservations of only one night, in which case the advance payment is for the full amount of the reservation.
Payment method: deposits, debit or credit card (Master, Visa and Elo), bank transfer/pix or cash.

Cancellation Policies
Deadline for postponement, no-show, early departure, or cancellation of reservation WITH REFUND OF PAYMENT: 5 days in advance for low season, and 15 days in advance for high season and holidays.
Reservations for the end of the year, carnival and other holidays WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
The full refund of the payment will be for transfers between Banco do Brasil accounts. For other banks, the amount of R$ 20.00 will be discounted, corresponding to the transfer fee charged by the bank.
For cancellations within the previously stated deadline, the amount deposited may be held on credit at the hotel for a period of 12 months.
In cases of cancellation outside the 7-day period, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
