Cancellation Policies
Clause 1 - Cancellation and Change of Reservation
1.1. Cancellation or change of reservation must be requested in advance to the reservations department, following the conditions below:
Up to 15 days before check-in: 100% refund of the deposit.
Up to 8 days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 7 days before check-in: the deposit amount (30%) will be converted to a letter of credit, valid for 60 days.
1.2. Date changes less than 24 hours before check-in do not allow for refunds, only a letter of credit will be granted.
Clause 2 - Cancellation in High Season
2.1. In high season (December, January, February and July), cancellation is permitted up to 60 days before check-in, with refund of the deposit.
Clause 3 - No Show
3.1. In cases of no-show without prior notice, the reservation will be cancelled after 12 hours, without the right to a refund or letter of credit.
Clause 4 - Cancellation After Check-in
4.1. Cancellation after early check-in or check-out does not entitle you to a refund.
After 10 days before the check-in date, the full amount of the deposit will be charged as a fine. Cancellation is permitted 10 days before check-in, without charging a "No Show", with a refund of the advance amount or letter of credit.
5.1. Letter of Credit:
These may be granted as exceptions, which must be analyzed by the Hotel.
