Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The reservation is confirmed after a deposit of (50%), and depends on confirmation from the guesthouse. A quote alone does not guarantee your reservation.
Deposits or payments are non-refundable under any circumstances and remain as credit (for 6 months) for a new reservation.
Reservations made by guests who do not show up at the guesthouse on the day of check-in will not be refunded or remain as credit; if the guest is unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, they must notify us at least 48 hours before the check-in date to schedule the new dates or they will not be entitled to the credit.

Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, after this period the reservation amount will not be refunded.
Reservation subject to 50% of the payment, the remainder at check-in. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded minus taxes.
