Cancellation Policies
1. Full Refund: A refund will be issued if you cancel within 7 days of payment and booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: If you cancel up to 7 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be retained, but a new date may be offered within 3 months of the original booking, deducting the amount already paid. NOTE: Except for holidays and special dates, for which we do not offer a new date or refunds.
3. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel within 7 days of the check-in date, or in case of no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded and there will be no option to offer a new date.*
