The guest must pay the full price of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time.

(3.1) The guest may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; (3.2) If the guest cancels less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. (3.3) Cancellation of stay upon arrival or after checking into the Inn, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle the guest to any type of refund, cash reimbursement or credits for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate; (3.4) The reservation date may only be changed up to 15 days before the check-in date of the initial reservation. It may only be changed once; (3.5) The new reservation date must respect the availability of vacancies at the Inn and be within a period of 6 months (counting from the check-in date of the initial reservation); (3.6) If the value of the new reservation date is higher than the value of the initial date, the amount must be paid by the guest; (3.7) No changes will be made to holiday packages, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and festive dates.
