To guarantee your reservation, you must register a valid credit card. The card provided can be used at any time; if the charge has not been processed by check-in, it can be charged directly at the hotel.
Payment must be completed by check-in. If it is not possible to charge the registered card, the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
We recommend checking your card details and available credit limit to avoid any problems.

Cancellation up to 7 days after booking confirmation:
The guest may cancel the reservation within 7 (seven) calendar days after the booking confirmation, with a full refund of the amount paid, according to the Consumer Protection Code (article 49).
Cancellations after the 7th day:
From the eighth day after the reservation confirmation, no amount paid will be refunded.
No-show:
In case of no-show on the check-in date, without prior notice, 100% of the reservation value will be charged, without the right to a refund or credit.
Free cancellation can be made up to 7 days before check-in time. After that, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
