Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
I - For cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date, we will refund the deposited amounts and charge a fine of 20% of the total reservation amount, in accordance with article 20 of Decree 7.381/2010
II - For cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date, the deposited amounts may be kept as credit for later use, valid for 12 months.
III - For cancellations between 1 and 15 days before the check-in date, the deposited amounts are not refunded. In the event of a no-show, or if you show up at the establishment and cancel, a fine of 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Cases of Rescheduling and Refunds
1. If you choose to refund the amount paid for the reservation instead of a credit for another date, the hotel has a minimum period of 120 days to refund the amount.
2. In the case of item III, only RESCHEDULING will be accepted and the client must present a certificate proving the inability of the cardholder, spouse or dependent to attend on the scheduled date. Any fact other than this will be merely tolerated by the hotel. If a certificate is not presented and the client does not attend on the scheduled date, it will be considered a NO-SHOW.
3. If the client chooses to reschedule or has proof of this by means of a certificate, the client will have a credit for the amount paid to be used on a future date, paying the difference, if any. If the chosen package is of a lower value, the difference will be deducted from the consumption on the day of the stay. If the chosen package is of a higher value, the difference will be paid at the time of rescheduling.
