Deposit / Guarantee Policies

100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking, via credit card, pix or bank deposit.
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total reservation amount must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Reservation cancellations are not permitted and will be charged 100% of the total amount.

In case of no-show or cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

In case of early departure, for any reservation, whether packaged or not, the full amount will be charged.
