Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be made to secure the apartment.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
50% of the amount paid, if cancellation is made between 10 and 1 day before check-in.
General Policy
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM - Must occur by 11:00 AM, regardless of the arrival time. At the time of check-out, guests must pay all extra expenses incurred at the Hotel's points of sale.
- Children from 0 to 5 years old, if accompanied by a paying adult, will have their meal free at the restaurant. (Up to 2 children)
- Restaurant opening hours: - Breakfast: from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM; - Lunch: from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM; - Soups and Broths: from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Reservation Cancellation, No-Show (no-show) and Early Departure
In case of cancellation, a fine will be charged according to the following criteria:
. 10% of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made 31 days or more before check-in;
. 20% of the amount paid, if cancellation is made between 30 and 21 days before check-in;
. 30% of the amount paid, if cancellation is made between 20 and 11 days before check-in;
. 50% of the amount paid, if cancellation is made between 10 and 1 day before check-in.
b) In case of no-show for accommodation, the fine will be 100% of the amount paid.
- The Hotel does not accept pets.
