Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To guarantee your reservation, we request an advance payment up to 7 days before check-in equivalent to the total amount of the first night for payment by credit card.
For payment by invoice, the bank details and the invoice will be sent after check-out for payment to be made.
This reservation guarantee policy aims to ensure the availability of the room chosen for your stay and helps us to manage our accommodation capacity effectively.
Cancellation Policies
No No Show Charge:
Reservations can be cancelled without a No Show charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made after this period will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Reservations Made Within 7 Days:
For reservations made within the period of 7 days before check-in, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made after 48 hours before check-in will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay.
