Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
All reservations must be paid in advance: 50% upon reservation confirmation and 50% up to 10 days before the arrival date.
Reservations less than 30 days before arrival, full payment.
*Payment in installments upon request - the total payment, even if in installments, must be paid by the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Up to 30 days before check-in, the amount paid will be reversed in a letter of credit, for a future stay, for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation;
From 7 to 30 days before check-in, 30% of the amount paid will be deducted, the remaining balance will be reversed in a letter of credit for a future stay, for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation;
For cancellations less than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund. Cancellation New Year and Carnival will be deducted 70% of the amount paid, the balance will be reversed in a letter of credit for a future stay, for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation;
The reservation holder may arrange to be replaced by another person responsible, under the same conditions, on the same date.
