Payment Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations can be guaranteed in the following ways: Credit Card (with security code), bank deposit with payment and/or Pix transfer.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation after the deadline or in case of no-show, the FULL amount will be charged. Early departures must be communicated 24 hours in advance, under penalty of being charged one daily rate for the day following the departure.
