Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm your reservation, a minimum payment of 50% of the package value is required in advance. We have a checking account with Banco Bradesco.
For confirmation via card payment, we accept the main brands VISA, MASTER, ELO, and AMEX.
We do not accept third-party cards. We emphasize the importance of presenting the credit card used to make the payment for the reservation at the time of check-in. This measure is essential to guarantee the security of the transaction and to validate the reservation. Please make sure to bring the physical card used with you, along with a valid identification document, to speed up the check-in process.
If you are unable to present the credit card used for the reservation, please be advised that the payment will be refunded and charged to the physical card you present at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in:
Refund of 100% of the amount deposited.
Cancellation 15 days before check-in:
Refund of 75% of the amount deposited.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before check-in:
Refund of 50% of the amount deposited.
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund of the amount deposited.
No-Show:
Failure to show up without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show".
The reserved space will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled, with 100% of the amount paid being retained, and the space will be made available to another interested party. Early check-out/departure before the scheduled date is also considered a no-show.
