After the reservation request, there will be a 24-hour period for the deposit and sending of the receipt by email ([email protected]) or through the reservation center's WhatsApp (+55 62 99625-4484), unless otherwise agreed. If not made, the reservation will be automatically canceled, without the need for any notice.
PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION MUST BE MADE 100% VIA PIX OR BANK DEPOSIT.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in:
Refund of 100% of the amount deposited.
Cancellation 15 days before check-in:
Refund of 75% of the amount deposited.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before check-in:
Refund of 50% of the amount deposited.
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund of the amount deposited.
No-Show:
Failure to show up without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show".
The reserved space will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled, with 100% of the amount paid being retained, and the space will be made available to another interested party. Early check-out/departure before the scheduled date is also considered a no-show.
