2. Check-in Policy:

a) The CPF’s of all guests in the reservation will be requested in advance, which will be copied/scanned for exclusive use during the guests’ stay.
b) To confirm check-in, for security reasons, our hotel will request a pre-authorization of 25% of the reservation value (daily rates), on your credit card, at the time of check-in.
c) This amount will be refunded at check-out, immediately after payment of consumption and fees.
d) For everyone's safety, if you choose to pay for the Reservation (Daily Rates) with a Credit Card, we will ask you to present the same card at check-in for data verification.
e) It is essential that one of the guests is the holder of the Credit Card used for the purchase, duly documented.
f) If the card used is virtual, we request the presentation of an invoice to confirm the data.
g) If the Credit Card or Invoice is not presented, as described above, Lake Vilas reserves the right not to proceed with check-in and cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

4. Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellation is not permitted and the amount paid will not be refunded

a) Less than 30 days before the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be charged.
b) Within 30 days of check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be charged and 50% of the amount paid will be credited, to be used within 60 calendar days.
c) When making the reservation, the guest declares that they are aware of and agree with our fee policy, payment methods and the terms of our Cancellation and No Show policy
