Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation not allowed for promotional rates or periods of high demand such as national holidays, Carnival and New Year's Eve.
On other dates:
Up to 31 days in advance of check-in, 100% refund of the amount paid in pre-booking and the possibility of changing the reservation date to be used in the next 6 months from the date of change;
30 days or less from the start of services: there will be no refund in case of change, cancellation or non-use of all or part of the services. The amount deposited cannot be used as credit;
In case of return, the refund will be made within 15 days after sending the bank details;
Date changes are not allowed for public holidays, Holy Days and commemorative dates, as we work with special tariffs.
