Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the reservation value must be made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
Up to 91 days prior to check-in, 100% refund of the amount paid for the pre-booking and the possibility of changing the reservation date to be used within the next 6 months from the date of the change;
With 90 days or less before the start of services: there will be no refund in case of change, cancellation or total or partial non-use of services. The deposited amount cannot be used as credit;
In case of a refund, the reimbursement will be made within 15 days after sending the bank details;
Date changes are not allowed for holiday periods, holy days and commemorative dates, as we work with special rates.
Up to 31 days in advance of check-in, 100% refund of the amount paid in pre-booking and the possibility of changing the reservation date to be used in the next 6 months from the date of change;
30 days or less from the start of services: there will be no refund in case of change, cancellation or non-use of all or part of the services. The amount deposited cannot be used as credit;
