Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To guarantee confirmation of your reservation, we require an advance payment of 100% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable reservations: can be canceled within 7 days of booking confirmation, with a full refund. After this period, there will be no refunds.
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the check-in date with a fine of 10% of the amount paid. After this period, if there is a cancellation or no-show, the full reservation amount will not be refunded or refunded. However, we understand that unforeseen events happen. Therefore, we offer a letter of credit for the value of the reservation. This letter of credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for future bookings, subject to availability.
General Policy

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is from 2pm.
Check-out must be done by 12pm.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
HOSTING POLICY:
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel's internal areas.
Pets are not allowed.
We ask that guests maintain silence in common areas after 9pm to ensure everyone's comfort.
SERVICES AND FACILITIES:
1. Breakfast is included in the daily rate and is served from 6am to 10am.
2. We offer free Wi-Fi service in all areas of the hotel.
24-hour rotating and private parking available at no cost.
3. For your convenience and safety, we provide
on the ground floor of the hotel an iron and ironing board
be used in cases of need in the
wardrobe.
We ask that you please do not use your irons
ironing equipment brought with you on the beds
of the rooms, so that they do not damage them.

SECURITY POLICY:
We request that all guests present a valid ID upon check-in.
Every child and adolescent under the age of 18 must present an identification document when in the presence of their parents or written authorization when accompanied by a duly identified legal guardian. Law 8,069/90 art.82 and 250 of the Child and Adolescent Statute.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Guests' personal information is kept confidential and used exclusively for the purposes of their stay.
VISITOR POLICY:
Visitors are welcome, as long as they are received in the Hotel Lobby and/or Restaurant.
Access to the apartment and pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
All visitors must identify themselves at reception and present a valid ID.
CHANGES AND REFUNDS:
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
