- A prepayment of the total price of the reservation will be charged at any time.

Reservations will be confirmed upon full charge of the daily rate. No refunds will be made in case of cancellation or no-show.

- changes up to 24 hours before check-in time can be made free of charge. Cancellation, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night of the reservation;

- In the interest of all users of our services, silence is requested from 10 pm onwards.

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm;
Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges;

- A child up to two years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will have an additional fee. In the case of two children under 2 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged according to the additional amount;

- Pets are not allowed.

- If the 12:00 check-out limit is exceeded, the amount of the contracted accommodation will be charged.

- Upon check-out, the room will be inspected. Any damage to the hotel's furniture, equipment and objects will be charged to the guests' account.

- We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of the hotel or for valuables or money left in the apartment;

- The apartment will be cleaned and tidied daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. If you would like this service, please inform us via the sign.

- Bed linen and towel sets will be changed every 3 (three) days, however we ask the guest for understanding and kindness to reuse them as many times as they deem appropriate, before putting them out for washing and cleaning, in an ecological attitude with the intention of reducing the negative impact on the environment. We do not clean the rooms or change towels on the day of departure (check-out).

- Bedroom clothes (sheet, pillowcase, blanket, bed cover, face or bath towel and bathroom rug), used to clean shoes, hair dye, makeup or other purposes that damage the item, or increase the normal dirtiness of your room. use (shoe marks, blood, among others), the value of the item that is used/damaged will be charged.

- Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the hotel, failure to comply with this rule will result in a deodorization fee of R$ 250.00 reais.

- Clothes and objects left or forgotten at the Hotel will be stored, available to their owners for a period of 30 (thirty) days. After this period, the Hotel will be able to allocate them to the destination that best suits you.
