Cancellations or changes to reservations between 30 and 15 days before check-in: A fee corresponding to half of the deposit required to guarantee the reservation will be charged. The balance can be used within six months of the reservation date.
Cancellations or changes to reservations less than 15 days old: The full deposit will be charged as a fine.
Cancellations over 30 days: A credit note will be generated for the full amount, to be used within six months of the reservation date.
Cancellation due to Death:
Cancellations caused by the death of a client or family member, proven by documents, will have the cancellation fee disregarded. A credit note will be generated that can be used for a period of six months, on an alternative date, at the hotel.
Rebookings due to Illness: In case of illness of one of the guests, reschedulings will be made upon presentation of a report from the health service, within 6 (six) months of the date of reservation. These reschedulings will be subject to availability and the tariff in force on the date of rescheduling.

The daily rate is for 2 people and includes à la carte breakfast, served from 7am to 10am.
We accept guests aged 10 and over, with an additional fee of 40% of the rate per guest.
Our hospitality service operates until 9pm.
We do not accept pets.
We charge a 10% service fee for the restaurant.
We accept Master and Visa credit and debit cards.
The handling of food that is not purchased within the hotel is restricted. For this reason, delivery services are not permitted.
