RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY. If cancelled up to 30 business days before check-in, 50% of the amount will be refunded. If cancelled up to 15 business days before check-in, 25% of the amount will be refunded. If the cancellation period is less than 15 days, there will be no refund. The courts of Ubatuba, SP, are elected to exercise and fulfill the rights and obligations arising from this contract. In the case of the refund mentioned above, the Hotel has a period of 15 calendar days to make the transfer. RESCHEDULING POLICY: We reschedule reservations with prior notice 7 days prior to the check-in date. If a rescheduling is requested after the aforementioned period and one of the reasons below is not proven, it will not be possible to reschedule and the right to a refund of the amount in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy will also lapse. We reschedule reservations in cases of force majeure, such as: - Health issues; - Death of relatives up to the 3rd degree collateral or ascending and descending, as well as close emotional relationships; - Inability to travel to the hotel due to natural causes (rainy season not included).
